Food Tech: Quiche

Step 1: cut the pastry into 12 pieces,
2: Dice the ham
3: put into muffin trays
-Ham
-Cheese
-top up with egg
4: whisk 4 eggs with half a cup of milk

Food Technology : Hot cakes

The ingredients we used was

• 1 1/2 cup of plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 egg 

Today for food tech we made hot cakes with miss tuipulotu, We learned how to measure properly with measuring cups and how to make hot cakes. We used our common sense to be in charge with the oven.
